Molly is a Brooklyn-based artist originally from Omaha, Nebraska. Her first memory of theatre was giving a scathing review of a highschool production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream to the director himself, which he took well, given that he was also her father.
Theater has always interested Molly, as it was one of their passions in high school, along with choir and competitive speech. They decided to pursue performance more intensely at Nebraska Wesleyan University through the acting BFA program. At Wesleyan, she had a blended experience of acting, writing, and directing, but developed an interest in period acting styles, becoming proficient in classical and Restoration styles. Joan Korte took Molly under her wing, training her and cultivating a deep love for Shakespeare as well as dialect work.
They moved back to Omaha and got a job working as a baker, which fostered a new hobby of cake decorating and food styling. It took less than three months for the itch to return to theatre, so as she was saving up to move to New York, she was involved in productions with Flatwater Shakespeare Company and Omaha Community Playhouse, performing in "Beautiful: The Carole King Musical" (Marilyn Wald) and "Cabaret" (Fraulein Kost), for which they received an Elaine Jabenis award for their performance.
When they’re not working, they enjoy spending time with their family, going to the movies, and daydreaming of the perfect dinner party.
